Recruiting…..

We are recruiting the following positions:

  • 2 x Lead mission makers
  • 1 x  Personal Admin
  • 1 x Training coordinator
  • 1 x Recruitment coordinator

We need ideally 2 mission makers prepared to create campaigns lasting from 2 months to 12 months following story lines but not necessarily be 100% historically accurate, we need the option to lose a battle that was won originally.

The personal admin position need an attention to detail regarding attendance of members recording what missions they take part in, time spent in roles etc.

Recruitment coordinators responsibility’s include any social media posts as well as using reddit and other avenues to recruit new members.

The training coordinator will be responsible for making sure all roles have training programs, including BCT for new recruits and NCO training for team leaders and squad leaders.

Application process

Very simple, just join our discord here

Once your in, go to recruitment and fill in the short application form, and once we receive that a member of recruitment will be in touch normally within 24 hours and arrange a quick chat.
Then we have a small BCT (Basic Combat Training) in which we go over any aspect of Arma mods you may be unfamiliar with and how we operate in missions including our modloader and Quartermaster systems.

Schedule

Training & Training operations on a Wednesday @ 18:30 1-2 hour duration.
Main Campaign Operations Saturday @ 18:00 2-3 hours duration.

Squads

We operate a system where if you have the relevant training you can slot in on a first come first served basis, this means if you have NCO training you can slot in as either Squad leader or Assistant squad leader or rifleman. Everyone after BCT (Basic Combat Training) will be able to slot as a Rifleman. Once you have played for a while in the unit you can apply to get training in any specialisation i.e medic, radioman etc or Team leading so you can slot in as ASL or Squad leader.
